Ready to Book Your Adventure? 

Step 1 )    Give us a call (972) 346-9299 or fill out the Contact Us Form to check availability.

Step 2 )    Complete the Booking Agreement and the Rental Contract.

Step 3 )     Fax back the completed forms to 1(972) 347-5399 or mail it to SunShare RV Rental of North Dallas, 1480 W. Highway 380, Prosper, TX  75078.

Once we receive your completed forms, the coach will be reserved for you.  We will contact you to arrange a time for your coach orientation.  This takes between 2-6 hours.  We can arrange it for the day of your pick up or a day or so beforehand...whatever is most convenient for you.

If your trip is more than 30 days out, the $500 deposit will be charged to the credit card you list on the form right away.  Then, 30 days prior to your pick up date, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

If your trip is less than 30 days out, the entire amount will be charged to the credit card you list on the form right away. 

Upon pickup, please remember to bring with you:

**Please contact your insurance agent beforehand to arrange for an additional binder or writer to cover you while in the rental unit.  They should offer this at little to no expense.
