Who handles the rental process?

We do!  We handle the entire process...from answering calls and walk-ins from prospective guests to the booking paperwork to the coach orientation and test drives.  We also collect all rental fees and make sure the rental taxes are paid.

What percentage do I get?

You receive 40% of all rental income, minus any administrative and/or insurance fees.  Our corporate office receives 10% and we receive 50%.  Our portion covers the overhead, marketing of your coach, rental amenities that are provided, interior and exterior cleaning in-between each rental and any general maintenance issues that may arise.

Where will my coach be stored?

Your coach will be stored on our lot, for free.

What do I have to do?

There is some initial paperwork to enter the fleet, but that's it!  You simply collect the rental earnings each month.

What if my coach is damaged by a guest?

We require a 2-6 hour "Road To Success" coach orientation class with each guest prior to their departure to minimize the potential for damage as much as possible.  In the rare occurrence that damage does happen, the rental guest is responsible for it.  We will assess your coach upon each rental return and will obtain quotes for any necessary repairs and arrange for the work to be completed.  We also take digital pictures of the units before each rental as a protective measure.

Who pays for the maintenance and upkeep?

We will take care of any necessary oil changes for the engine and generator, small general repairs, replace light bulbs, keep holding tanks clean and treated, etc.  Any general ownership expenses, such as tires, inspections, alignments, chassis repairs, electrical/plumbing issues, etc will be the responsibility of the coach owner.  For your convenience, we will arrange for the work to be done and/or drive it to the necessary repair shops.  The expense will simply be held from the monthly earnings check...so no out of pocket expense to you (in most cases).

Do you allow smoking inside the RV's?

Absolutely not.  In our rental contract, it states that we will charge the guest a $1000 fee if anyone smokes in the unit.

Do you allow pets inside the RV's?

For the most part, no.  However, it is up to your discretion.  Many rental guests that contact us would like to bring their furry friend along.  You can make exceptions, such as If it is a non-shedding pet, a long rental that you'd rather not pass up on, etc.  If a pet is allowed, we charge a minimum $200 non-refundable deposit, which will cover the extra cleaning required upon their return.

How much does it cost to enter the fleet?

There will be a $1500 entry deposit.  If you'd rather not pay this out of pocket, we can arrange to simply take it out of your first months' rental revenue.  After the fleet contract is over and you remove your coach, you will receive the deposit back (plus/minus any adjustments made during the contract time...call us for further explanation.)

When can I use my coach?  How much notice do you need?

Anytime you like!  The more notice you can give us, the better... to make sure it is not already booked by a guest.  Spring through summer, holidays such as spring break, Thanksgiving and Christmas and NASCAR weeks are the busiest.  To earn the most revenue, plan your personal trips outside of these dates.  We also recommend that you discuss any time limitations with your CPA.  (If you set up this program as a business for the terrific tax advantages, there may be limits on the number of days/year you can take your coach for personal use.)

How much can I expect to earn each month?

While we can not guarantee an amount, our goal is to book your coach enough each month to cover your payments (if you have one).  During the busy season you will earn much more, balancing out the slower months (Jan-March).  Our goal is to have each coach booked for 100 days/year...or 8 nights/month.  The rental rate will depend on your coach.  Class C units usually range from $250-450/night and Class A units usually range from $450-900/night.

Example earnings:  if your Class A unit rents at $600/night and is booked for 8 nights, the total cost to the guest is $4800.  Your 40% would be $1920.

What types of coaches are you looking for to enter the fleet?

Clean, well maintained, late model units with low mileage.  Class A and Class C diesel units that are less than 2 years old would be ideal.  The more upgrades and amenities your coach has, such as in-motion Satellite TV and an outdoor entertainment center, the more the nightly rate can be increased.

How do I receive my earnings?

Once per month, 15 days after the month end, our corporate office will send you a check for the month's rental income, minus any expenses, along with a detailed Profit/Loss Statement.  For example: your January earnings will be sent to you on Feb 15th.

What other costs are involved?

Your unit is required to be under our commercial insurance policy.  Because of this, you do not need any additional insurance while it is in our fleet.  The monthly insurance charge is currently $255.  There is also a monthly administrative charge of $35.  These charges will simply be held from your rental income each month.

How would you market my coach?

We will take beauty shots of your coach to put on our website.  We advertise the website online.  We also do print advertising as needed, such as in the newspaper and local magazines, and send mailings out to our past customers in order to increase repeat and referral business from them.  At times we may also ask our coach owners for participation in advertising events to increase exposure.  Also, our lot is located on a major north Dallas highway at a busy intersection.  Your coach will be seen by thousands of people who drive by every day.
